Barcodata Inventory Suite 2006

Barcodata Inventory Suite 2006 includes all of our proven features from the 2005 release, with a new interface and added functionality. The familiar Inventory, Receiving (formerly Purchasing), Loaner (formerly Library), Supplies, bar code generation, and scanning functionality are still core functions of the application. We have added an updated .NET scanning interface, a whole new .NET data viewer, and the ability to use the application “stand alone” now that we store all scanned data in the Barcodata database. Track all of your IT and capital assets, as well as your supplies with the new Inventory Suite 2006. Connect to various other SQL based applications (see the details below under the Integrator 2006).

Barcodata Integrator 2006

We are pleased to continue to offer the Barcodata Connector to Intuit Track-It! 7.0. The connector allows you to map data relationships between the Track-It! database and the Barcodata database. With relationships mapped, you can easily push or pull data between the two databases to have the information where you need it most. We will also be offering all new connectors to most any SQL based help desk or inventory management application. Barcodata Assets 2006

We recently announced, and are currently shipping Barcodata Assets 2006. The Barcodata Assets product is an entry level inventory management tool for Track-It! 7.0 users. Assets is designed to make the process of tracking existing assets simple and consistent, and provides an easy means to add new assets to your inventory. Through the use of Assets, Inventory Managers are able to scan the following asset attributes: serial number, part number, and asset tag number. You may also add values for asset type, asset location, and user to a scanned asset through drop down menus that are populated with existing Track-It data. Assets will update time and date information for all scanned assets as well.  Assets 2006 automatically adds the asset to your Track-It! Inventory.
