Barcodata Inventory 2005
Barcodata Inventory is a software solution and methodology to perform routine physical inventory of assets. Barcodata Inventory includes a customizable client interface and barcode printing software. Data collected in the client interface is stored in an MSDE or SQL Server 2000 database and can be easily imported and exported with CSV, HTML and XML files. The barcode printing software includes customizable templates to barcode enable your environment using most inkjet, laser or barcode printers.

Barcodata Purchasing 2005
Barcodata Purchasing is a software solution and methodology to streamline purchasing and receiving of physical assets. Barcodata Purchasing includes a customizable client interface and 500 personalized asset tags. Data collected in the client interface is stored in an MSDE or SQL Server 2000 database and can be easily imported and exported with CSV, HTML and XML files.

Barcodata Integrator 2005
Barcodata Integrator is a software solution platform for integration between Barcodata products and other systems that benefit from the information in the Barcodata database. Barcodata Integrator provides the foundation and Barcodata Connectors will be routinely added to meet the needs of our customers and partners.
We are pleased to announce the availability of a Barcodata Connector to Track-It!. The connector allows you to map data relationships between the Track-It! database and the Barcodata database. With relationships mapped, you can easily push or pull data between the two databases to have the information where you need it most. The Integrator supports both Track-it! versions 6.5 and 7.0.
Barcodata software is licensed per active (scanned) asset, however each active asset license is valid for all Barcodata Products.

Barcodata Scanners
At Barcodata, our biggest concern was the complexity of supporting the variety of barcode scanners on the market. Initially, our offerings were going to be pre-configured hardware and software solutions only. However, we came to realize that many companies have hardware in place and need only a software solution and methodology. The POS-X Xi2000-BT scanner is ideal for physical inventory and product receiving. This Bluetooth scanner stores 32K in memory for batch processing. The Symbol CS 1504 scanner is ideal for the roaming technician to record asset movement. This USB scanner stores 4K in memory for batch processing and is only 2.5" L x 1.5" W x 0.75" H. The CS 1504 is available with USB interface cable. Download the CS 1504 Data Sheet for additional information.
The Symbol P360/P460 scanners are ideal for physical inventory and product receiving, even in extreme environments. These high-capacity USB scanners store 4MB in memory for batch processing and feature a 17-key alphanumeric keypad and 2-line x 20-character display for data entry and verification. The P360 scanner is sealed to IP54 standards against wind blown rain and dust. The P460 and the P360 are available with USB interface cable, power supply and cradle.
