Barcode Enabling
You will need to barcode enable your organization before you can reap the productivity benefits of using barcode tools. This begins with identifying the information required by your company to properly inventory assets. For example, if you need to track inventory assigned to users, departments, locations and offices, then you need to have data available to generate barcodes for each of these objects. The illustration below shows sample name plates and cubicle plates produced using customizable templates in our software that barcodes these objects so you can rapidly scan and track assets to meet your organizational needs.
Using a high-quality paper or card stock, you can print these items using most inkjet and laser printers or for an additional cost you can order lexan plastic or metal plates as well as office and desk frames for the plates.
You will also need barcode asset tags for each inventory item being tracked. We offer customized barcode labels in a variety of sizes, colors and materials such as those shown below.

Physical Inventory
We can provide on-site assistance to complete the initial inventory and barcode enabling. The primary benefits are experience and scale. Of course, we are also available to assist with routine inventory, however you'll discover that being barcode enabled diminishes the need for additional assistance.
