Technical Support
Barcodata technical support is available from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) to assist you with technical issues related to Barcodata solutions. Please e-mail support@barcodata.com or call 813-717-9283 to initiate a technical support request. Include your company name, contact name, phone number(s), brief summary of the issue and best time to call. Unless otherwise noted, we assume times provided are Eastern Time.
Our technical support is limited to the hardware and software tools sold to you by Barcodata. Our decision to sell bundled hardware and software packages was driven by the fact that some tools simply do not work well together.
We realize that you may already have existing barcode scanners and barcodes in your organization. Our services group can "certify" your equipment on a quoted cost basis. You can intitate this service request by sending an e-mail to services@barcodata.com. This service requires that you ship to Barcodata the equipment to be "certified", including software, reference manuals and barcode samples. Upon receipt, we will provide you a statement of work, cost estimate and delivery timeframe. Typical turnaround time is one week.

Loaner Equipment
Our technical support group can provide loaner equipment based on the terms of your support contract with Barcodata. We can also provide loaner equipment on a rental basis for evaluation purposes or when you need additional equipment to quickly perform a routine inventory. Please e-mail loaner@barcodata.com to initiate a loaner equipment request. Include your Barcodata Customer #, contact name, phone number(s) and best time(s) to call. Unless otherwise noted, we will assume all times are Eastern Standard Time.
